How can you help BayEvents?

It doesn't seem like much, but every time someone posts a link to BayEvents on a message board like Craigslist.org or MySpace.com, it literally brings thousands of new visitors to BayEvents. Talk about BayEvents.com on all sorts of message boards and sites where people might be interested. Post about the site. When posting about BayEvents online, make sure the link is clickable, either by typing in the full URL (including the "http://") -- like: http://www.BayEvents.com (on sites like Craigslist and BayEvents message boards) -- or using HTML to make sure it's clickable. This is MUCH better than just mentioning 'BayEvents'.

2. Get new members involved

When you see new faces on the People page, send them a friendly guestbook message to make them feel at home. If they're in the Bay Area, encourage them to join BayEvents.com. This way they'll be much more likely to find out what BayEvents is all about because of your recommendation.

3. Get your friends to join

The best way to get into BayEvents is with a friend, so bring your buddies to the next mixer in your area! Also, use this handy form to email your friends.

4. Post up flyers (coming soon)

Print out this cool flyer (it's in pdf format) and post it up at your work and school message boards, office building, apartment complex, etc.

5. Talk about us

Most of our members come from word of mouth. So keep people talking about us! Talk about us to your friends, coworkers, neighbors, classmate, your dog -- everywhere and anywhere! .
